As I figure out how to finally get serious about a few things, I remind myself that starting is the hardest part.
But more importantly, I need to remind myself how to start.
The way to start is to just get started, and do something for a little bit.
If I need to workout, then the key is to go to the gym for a little bit.
If I need to write, then I need to sit down and write for just a little bit.
If I need to practice something, then I just need to practice for a little bit.
Because once I start, I’m over the hump and I quickly get lost in the activity.
